2011 European Scientific Conference on Applied Infectious Disease Epidemiology (ESCAIDE) – 6-8th November 2011, Stockholm, Sweden

The fifth European Scientific Conference on Applied Infectious Disease Epidemiology (ESCAIDE) will be held at the newly opened conference centre in the centre of the city: Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre.

The 2011 conference aims to build on the success of the 2010 conference in Lisbon, and will provide: 

• a forum to strengthen networks of professionals involved in applied infectious disease epidemiology; 
• a place to share scientific knowledge and experience in this field in Europe and internationally; 
• a dedicated platform for EPIET/EUPHEM/FETP fellows to present their work;

Planning for the conference is underway and is overseen by the 2011 ESCAIDE Scientific Committee.
