Eva Joseph, MPA, PMP
Acting Project Management Team Lead
Ms. Joseph manages a portfolio of projects primarily in the Latin America region. She joined TEPHINET in 2020 after five years of providing program development and management aimed at strengthening healthcare infrastructure for primary and behavioral health care and improving access and quality of care for the uninsured and underinsured in Chatham County, Georgia. Ms. Joseph has over 14 years of project management experience and feels passionate about using her administrative and management skills to lead and manage collaborations that address complex problems.
She holds a bachelor of arts (BA) in international relations (Latin America); a master of public administration (MPA) from the College of Charleston; and earned her Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification in 2015.
