Eva Joseph, MPA, PMP

Project Manager

Ms. Joseph manages a portfolio of projects primarily related to infection prevention and control and non-communicable diseases. She recently joined TEPHINET after five years of providing program development and management aimed at strengthening the healthcare infrastructure for primary and behavioral health care and improving access to and the quality of affordable care for the uninsured and underinsured populations in Chatham County, Georgia.  In this capacity, she managed the operations, budgeting, marketing, communications, monitoring and evaluation of activities supporting the improvement of community healthcare for vulnerable populations.  Ms. Joseph has over ten years of project management and feels passionate about using her administrative and management skills to lead and manage collaborations that address complex problems.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations (Latin America); a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the College of Charleston; and earned her Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification in 2015.
