Ms. Fain is the Associate Director of Finance for TEPHINET supporting the program’s portfolio of projects. Prior to joining the Task Force for Global Health, she was the Senior Financial Analyst at the Arthritis Foundation, where she supported organizational budget planning, management reporting and risk analysis. She was also the finance team’s information technology (IT) business partner managing both the operating and capital budget for the IT business unit. Karen has operations and accounting management experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. She holds a bachelor of arts (BA) degree in finance from Clark Atlanta University and a master of business administration (MBA) degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
