Project Coordinator
Natalia has over four years of experience in program implementation in NGOs and the Colombian public sector. Her career includes working closely with Colombian victims of armed conflict and ex-combatants in reconciliation and peacebuilding processes. She has had opportunities to be the Building Community Initiatives Instructor for Emory University's Community Building and Social Change fellowship and a visiting research assistant for the United States Institute of Peace Latin American team. Furthermore, she managed the Peace Leadership Academy - AlaPAZ program funded by Foundation Compaz and Los Andes University for more than two years.
Natalia earned a bachelor's degree (B.A.) in political science from Los Andes University, Colombia; a post-graduate degree in human rights and humanitarian law from Externado de Colombia University, and a master's in development practice (MDP) from Emory University.
