Join us for the 2022 FETP International Nights!

Mark your calendars! Please join us virtually from May 10-11, 2022, for this annual event featuring oral and poster presentations by FETP trainees and graduates, plus remarks by special guests.

Why is the 2022 event virtual? TEPHINET and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have been proud to co-host this event for the past 21 years. While traditionally, this event is held during the annual EIS Conference, the 2021 event was held as a standalone virtual event since the conference was canceled due to COVID-19. In 2022, due to pandemic-related considerations for our international attendees, FETP International Nights will again be held as a standalone virtual event. However, we are pleased to note that the 71st Annual EIS Conference will be held from May 2-5, either in person or virtually as conditions permit. We hope that those who are able will join both events.

Reminder: We are accepting abstracts until January 14, 2022.

Currently enrolled FETP trainees, and those graduating after January 1, 2021, are invited to submit abstracts (in English) through their program directors for consideration. Priority will be given to currently enrolled trainees. Abstracts should cover investigations or projects undertaken and completed during training and within the past two years (i.e., no earlier than December 2019).

Please view the Call for Abstracts for more information and guidance for preparing your abstract. (NEW: You can now find an abstract preparation checklist on our website to ensure that your abstract meets all requirements.)
