Now Accepting Proposals for the 2019 Biosecurity and Biosafety Research Projects Mini-Grant Opportunity for Iraq
TEPHINET is pleased to announce the opportunity for graduates and current residents of the Iraq Field Epidemiology Training Program to submit mini-grant proposals for biosecurity and biosafety research projects. The deadline for proposals is May 30, 2019. All investigations will have an implementation period extending from June through August 2019.
Interested individuals must submit a letter of intent, a full proposal, and several supplementary attachments as part of their online applications.
In total, six projects will be funded, with an average award amount of approximately $5,000 USD for each project. All awards are contingent upon available funding, and neither the total number of awards nor the individual amounts awarded are guaranteed.
