Samuel Jacob Ngobua is a public health professional with over ten years of leading small and large teams to achieving project goals. He has the experience of managing CDC, USAID and Global Fund projects in the field of HIV/AIDS; maternal, newborn and child health; adolescent reproductive health; and human resources for health. Previously, he worked with CDC in Nigeria and served as the Lead Activity Manager of the CDC-funded Nigerian Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Program (NFELTP). He served as the Chief of Party of the Capacity Plus project implemented by IntraHealth International in Nigeria. More recently, he served as the Country Director of the USAID-funded Health Workforce Management Activity implemented by the Washington-based Banyan Global International. He experience in project management and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
