Shanti Bazouma, MPH
Ms. Bazouma works as a Project Coordinator with TEPHINET focusing on abstract management for TEPHINET’s scientific conferences. Prior to abstract management, her role with TEPHINET involved supporting a variety of projects throughout Latin America around Zika research. She previously worked as a Project Coordinator for the Emory University School of Nursing assisting in the prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV in West Africa. She holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Georgia with a concentration in epidemiology. She is passionate about public health, healthy living, and nutrition. She enjoys traveling, exploring nature scenes, cooking healthy meals, and learning languages.
