Support to the Cameroon Field Epidemiology Training Program

Project objective: To provide operational support for the implementation of the Frontline and advanced level Cameroon FETP trainings. TEPHINET provides programmatic support for the implementation of all training activities.

Through this project, TEPHINET will provide funding for two trainees to participate in the two-year advanced FETP in Cameroon focusing on malaria activities including outbreak investigations, program evaluations, and surveillance including Health Management Information Systems. TEPHINET will provide financial support for tuition, travel, supervision and mentorship, computers and other necessary expenses.
