Summary

This workshop introduces the internationally recognized project management method. It is advised that participants are advised to come with a project they are responsible for, and use this project as their class exercise.

When participants complete this course they will be able to:

  • Write a project workplan
  • Generate a work breakdown structure
  • Develop a network diagram and schedule
  • Track and manage the project
  • Close-out and conduct post project reviews to ensure continuous learning

This course includes a participants workbook, facilitator guide and PowerPoint presentation.
