Summary
This workshop introduces the internationally recognized project management method. It is advised that participants are advised to come with a project they are responsible for, and use this project as their class exercise.
When participants complete this course they will be able to:
- Write a project workplan
- Generate a work breakdown structure
- Develop a network diagram and schedule
- Track and manage the project
- Close-out and conduct post project reviews to ensure continuous learning
This course includes a participants workbook, facilitator guide and PowerPoint presentation.
