Tina Rezvani, MA, MS
Tina Rezvani, MA, MS leads communications for TEPHINET. As Communications Manager, she is responsible for developing and implementing TEPHINET’s communications strategy and oversees digital, print, and event communications. Over the past four years, she has overseen TEPHINET’s rebranding and web redevelopment efforts, increased TEPHINET’s presence and engagement on social media, and enhanced communications related to TEPHINET scientific conferences. Within the realm of communications, she is particularly interested in content strategy, branding and marketing, web and graphic design and user experience. Her anthropology background taught her the importance of applying social science qualitative methodologies when trying to understand a population (i.e., an audience), a vital and widely practiced skill in the marketing world.
She completed a Master of Science degree in Marketing and a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology at Georgia State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology (with a dual concentration in Comparative Literature) at Emory University. Prior to joining TEPHINET, she held various programmatic and communications-related roles with different organizations, including The Carter Center.
