As of April 2020, 87 field epidemiology (and laboratory and/or veterinary) training programs, known as FETPs, FELTPs, or FETPVs, are training the public health workforce across more than 165 countries and territories. Most of these programs (75 programs, or 86 percent) are members of our global TEPHINET network.
This section contains information, provided by our member programs, which will be updated on an annual basis. Public health workers interested in joining a program should contact the program directly or visit its website for more information.
Field epidemiology training programs, including those with laboratory and/or veterinary components, that have graduated at least one cohort are eligible to apply for TEPHINET membership. Prospective member programs must submit documentation for review by the TEPHINET Advisory Board. For more information, please contact secretariat [at] tephinet [dot] org.
