Zika Vector Surveillance

Project objective: To strengthen geographical systems for the surveillance of Aedes aegypti, to produce innovations in Aedes aegypti surveillance in Colombia, and to improve Aedes aegypti insecticide resistance surveillance in Peru. Through this project, web-based information systems for arbovirus surveillance were developed and the use of ovitraps as methods for vector control surveillance was extended.
